IF REMITTING BY MAIL, ENCLOSE A SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE AND AN OFFICIAL RECEIPT WILL BE MAILED TO YOUR PROPER ADDRESS. MONEY ORDERS OR A CASHIERS CHECK SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO WALKERTON TOWN COURT. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND TICKET NUMBER ON THE FORM OF PAYMENT. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

When making a payment through Indiana PayGov.com or through the 800 number, you MUST have the correct amount due. You can contact the court for the correct amount due or see below for common citations and the fine amount if you choose to admit guilt. IF the amount you pay is over the amount due, you will NOT receive the balance back. IF the amount you pay is under the amount due, you will have a $25.00 late fee added to the total amount due, and possibly face license suspension. BY FAILING TO CONTACT THE COURT OR PAYING YOUR VIOLATION BY YOUR COURT DATE YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A $25 LATE PAYMENT FEE
