RESIDENTIAL SERVICE:

Alternating current, 60 hertz, single phase at a voltage of approx. 120v 2-wire, or 120/240v 3-wire. Customer Charge: $6.00 per month. (Customer Charge for temporary service shall be $25.00 per month.) Energy Charge: $0.05771 per kWh

COMMERCIAL SERVICE:

Alternating current, 60 hertz, three phase at voltages of approx. 480, 240 and 208 volts or single phase service at a voltage of approx. 120/240v. The utility will supply service from its electrical supply lines at only such frequency, phase, regulation, and primary voltage as it has available in the location where service is required, and if transformation of voltage is desired by the Customer, will transform its primary voltage to one standard secondary voltage as herein above set forth. Any applicant requiring service differing from that to be supplied by the Utility as herein provided shall provide proper converting, transforming, regulating, or other equipment upon his own premises and at his own expense. Customer Charge: $9.00 per month. (Customer Charge for temporary service shall be $25.00 per month.) Energy Charge: $0.06920 per kWh.

LARGE COMMERCIAL SERVICE:

Alternating current, 60 hertz, three phase at voltages of approx. 480, 240 and 208 volts or single phase service at a voltage of approx. 120/240v. The utility will supply service from its electrical supply lines at only such frequency, phase, regulation, and primary voltage as it has available in the location where service is required, and if transformation of voltage is desired by the Customer, will transform its primary voltage to one standard secondary voltage as herein above set forth. Demand Metered Customers: $18.00 per month. Energy Charge: $0.03408 per kWh. Capacity Charge: $8.50 per kW - demand
Non-Demand Metered Customers: $18.00 per month. Energy Charge: $0.06174 per kWh. (Customer Charge for temporary service shall be $25.00 per month.)

POWER SERVICE:

Applicable to any and all industrial and commercial customers whose light and/or power service requirements are such as to require a connected transformer capacity in excess of 150kVa. Only alternating current, sixty hertz, three-phase service at any voltage available in the applicant's area. (Only one voltage will be supplied).
Customer Charge: Primary, $150.00 per month; Secondary, $125.00 per month
Capacity Charge: Primary, $10.00 per kW-demand; Secondary, $8.50 per kW-demand
Energy Charge: Primary, $0.02251 per kWh; Secondary, $0.03231 per kWh
