The Walkerton Parks Department is searching for a new, full-time Park Superintendent. This position will work directly with the park board and is responsible for overseeing department operations, supervising assigned staff, and maintaining safety of grounds and equipment of Walkerton parks and facilities. All registration forms have to be taken care of at the Park office. For your convenience, a registration box and mail slot has been added so sign ups can be done at any time. The office is located at the above address which is two houses south of John Glenn high school. Also registration forms and scheduling information are available online and can be mailed in.
Splash Pad and Pavilion Information
At this time, the Walkerton Parks Department does not reserve pavilions or the Splash Pad at Scarbrough Park. These areas are open to the public during park hours. The pavilions are at a first come first serve basis. Guests are expected to follow Park Rules that are clearly marked. No nails, tacks, or staples should be used for decorations. ALL decorations should be taken down at the end of your visit and discarded.
